Terms & Conditions

1. Meal type and plan once chosen cant be changed into the other plan.

2. Meal period once selected  cant be modified. For eg. three Monthly Order cant be modified to monthly or weekly order

3. Lunch meals cant be modified to Dinner meals and contrariwise

4. All cancellations should be communicated a day previous on Call, SMS or WhatsApp before 10 pm.

5. one Monthly subscription includes 22 / 24 meals and one week trial subscription includes 5 / 6 meals, which may be maintained from Monday – Friday Or Monday – Saturday, as per your working days.

6. Any communication relating to Tiffin service near me order / any complaints / changes and Cancellations etc. has to be done through customer care only and no correspondences or verbal communication to dabbawala or any other agent shall be valid.

7. All the Payments of the meal and Delivery Charges are to be paid before the Commencement of Tiffin’s to our company appointed Person only or to our A/C No by Cheque / Cash, UPI or bank transfer. you’ll additionally pay using internet Banking / Credit / Debit cards

8. just in case of any non-payment or default, Tiffin service near me reserves the right of cancelling / holding the meal.

9. All the grievances / suggestions / recommendations / complaints  should be mailed at contact@tiffinservicenearme.com
